That motherboard looks like a Z490 Maximus Formula instead of a Z490 Maximus Hero in the picture. The VRMs on the Formula are meant to be watercooled, while the VRMs on the Hero have heatsinks on them, so they can be cooled by the case fans. So, make sure that you are not getting the Formula.

I would try to get some 3600 speed memory if it doesn't cost too much extra, since 3rd gen Ryzen performs better with fast ram. I would also go with a MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX if looks are important to you. Note: If you choose to get a MSI B450 Tomahawk, you would want to go with the MAX variant because it ships with a bios that is compatible with 3rd gen Ryzen.
