Is W10 Preview fine for everyday gaming use?
FrostyCheesecake replied to NeatSquidYT's topic in Operating Systems
My friend has the Win10 insider preview on his machine. All of his games function the same as they did on Win8.1. What do you mean by Win8.1 downloads not working? -

how did you find linus and his channel/forum?
FrostyCheesecake replied to Swndlr's topic in Off Topic
I was just browsing the youtubes maybe 2 or 3 years ago and saw one of your classic unboxings, subbed and kept watching ever since. -
Do they have the sata cables in different colors like black?

FrostyCheesecake replied to FrostyCheesecake's topic in Graphics Cards
My auto fan settting wasn't cooling the card properly, I changed the fan speeds and it's fine now. Thanks for the help guys! -

It's possible EVGA Precision auto fan speed is letting the card get that hot. Thanks for the tip. -
GTX 780 EVGA superclocked reference temps
FrostyCheesecake replied to FrostyCheesecake's topic in Graphics Cards
Ok i'll do that it just seems that I am getting higher temps than usual even though I know that these temps are not that bad, -
I just got the EVGA GTX 780 Superclocked reference card and the temps seem to be high. I have heard many people not being able to go over 70C with the reference card but im hitting 75 while playing CS:GO. Anyone else with the reference 780 getting these temps?
-
I would get one if you could get from somewhere other than Apple.

If your gonna get a gaming headset get this. Otherwise buy a pair of headphones and a mic.
-
I always prefer single cards instead if SLI. Less heat, better compatibility, more support etc.

Geez, people are too scared of bottlenecking... I bet you will be fine, it takes a really low end processor to hold back a GPU.

Experience with the Corsair H110?
FrostyCheesecake replied to FrostyCheesecake's topic in Custom Loop and Exotic Cooling
Thanks for the info guys. -
I am thinking about getting the Corsair H110 for my PC. If and when I do install it, it will be installed in a 750D which I currently do not have. If anyone has it it would be great if you could tell me your experience with it like installation, temps, and fan noise.
