  1. Alright, so I installed windows without internet and installed the lan driver using a flash drive. In my system it say that my motherboard has Ethernet and that it works but it say that my Ethernet is not connected although it is. I tried 2 different cables and both don’t make it work. Does this mean that something with my home Ethernet connection is wrong?
  2. Should I download the "AMD all in 1 with VGA" driver to make sure I have all the drivers or will that just lead to problems?
  3. Which drivers do I need to download? And shouldn't windows automatically install network drivers for ethernet?
  4. Hi there, I just built my first PC using the ASRock B450m Pro4 motherboard. I booted my Bios and immediately noticed that I could not update my Bios using the internet. I do not have a wifi card installed but instead am using ethernet. The cable is completely new and so is the motherboard so the hardware should be working fine as in my Bios everything is displayed properly as well. So, instead I used a USB flash drive to install Bios version 3.9 using Instant Flash. This worked. I then installed windows using another flash drive but now when I am trying to connect to the internet in the installation guide, this does not work. Should I just install windows without any ethernet? This seems like it would not solve the problem and I am pretty sure that I would have to solve this as soon as windows is installed if I don't do it now. Also, there is no flashing light where my ethernet cable is connected to my motherboard and my home ethernet definitely works as my wifi adapter works perfectly with it. Thanks for any help.
  5. Thanks! I got it to work with one ram stick, do I need to update the bios or something to make it work with both?
  6. I tried leaving it in the boot loop for 15 minutes, but nothing changed.
  7. the fans on the GPU spin though and I tried plugging my monitor into the hdmi port on the motherboard and it still did not work.
  8. yeah, I did that. I used an hdmi cable. Should I try DVI? What worries me most is the boot loop though
  9. Do I need to be pressing the delete key to boot into bios the whole time or do I just switch on the monitor and the PC and leave it running and ignore that the monitor is getting no signal?
  10. Hi Guys, I just built my first PC. After I finished building it I tried to boot it into the bios but I am stuck in a boot loop and my monitor gets no signal. The PC turns on for about 20 seconds and then switches off for 3 seconds and repeats. Most people say that I should pop my CMOS out and put it back in, but this would only reset the bios. My parts are brand new and since I never actually managed to get into the bios and hence never changed anything I hardly believe that a bios reset will help. Do you have any help on how to fix this? My Parts are: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor ARCTIC Freezer 34 eSports DUO CPU Cooler ASRock B450M PRO4 Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory Zotac GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER 4 GB Twin Fan Video Card Crucial BX500 480 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive Cooler Master MasterBox Q300L MicroATX Mini Tower Case Corsair CXM 550 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply ARCTIC P14 Silent 29.8 CFM 140 mm Fan ARCTIC P14 Silent 29.8 CFM 140 mm Fan
  11. Alright, so overclocking will work fine with the parts ?
  12. Will the different ram speed and ssd make much of difference? I can pick up the ssd I have for 39 EUR which is very cheap. Also, do you think I will be able to overclock my CPU nicely?
  13. Sorry, just keep changing my mind about some parts and finalised it just now so I made a new post. Will overclocking work nicely with the build?
