  1. If I am correct then the black USB ports are USB 2.0 and the red ones are USB 3.0 judging from the SS text above them which stands for SuperSpeed :3

    Status Update

I have all my RGB on purple, but Windows still crashes on me sometimes
  6. I agree with people saying that you could get a better cooler, in my opinion a cooler from Noctua would be a fantastic option, its cool and its really quiet. I suggest the NH-D15 SE-AM4 However if you still want to stick with the stock cooler for a while then I suggest that you go into your BIOS and look for a feature called AMD Cool'n'Quiet, It works by reducing the processor's clock rate and voltage when the processor is idle. The aim of this technology is to reduce overall power consumption and lower heat generation, allowing for slower (thus quieter) cooling fan operation.(Taken from Wikipedia) Give it a shot and update us if it helped with the temps ;3
  7. well I have put them on a custom profile, which has increased fan speed and increased voltage I think, and I dont deal with software cause I'd much rather do it in BIOS to be honest
  8. alrighty, thanks for the help! ♥ I shall see what I can figure out and if Im still stuck then I'll come back
  9. I can change the fan profiles, but that is only for the speed not voltage settings if I am correct
  10. yup, before I submitted this topic then I troubleshootet as much as I could about what you are saying, but there still isnt anything I can figure out.
  11. hmmm weird, cause in that menu there is only PWM, DC and Smart fan contol settings, nothing with voltage controls
  12. where may one find that? Cause my mobo is X399 MEG creation but I havent found anything yet. nope they are not locked up
  13. Setting is already put at DC Tried spinning them with my finger once, didnt do any difference
  14. Hopefully this is posted in the right forum, however my issue is that I own 4x Noctua NF-A14 ULN 140mm (non-pwn) fans and whenever I boot up my PC then it appears that the fans are struggeling to start spinning and it takes like 5-8 seconds before they start at their optimal speed. Any issues?
  15. I'd suggest going with a GPU from MSI as they are really good, and have a zero frozr mode which in short means that the fans does not spin under 60* celsius only above 60* which means it would be nice in your case
  16. Personally I recommend going with Windows Defender, I've had my PC for the past 3 years and I've used it for multiple reasons, its free, its easy and it does the job just fine. :3 Because in the end the best way to stay safe over the internet from viruses, is to actually have common sense, be aware of what you click and form times to times run a full scan, which Windows Defender does ^^
