  1. 500 watts was enough to power two Quadros back then?? That seems wild to me. Unless the case is concealing a 1 before the 500 lol
  2. Choose .NET Framework (though either of them should be fine). You have to realize that the maker of the software isn't obligated to release his software in a user-friendly state. And sure, some people aren't techies, but those same some people aren't really going to be tweaking with their fan controls using some technical third-party software.
  3. Code 6008 means that Windows only recorded a forced shutdown, for an unknown reason. If you're pretty confident that it's not a hardware issue (could be with memory or storage too, as some other forum posts mention) my only suggestions are to update your drivers or try performing a Clean Boot. This person seems to have your same issue and there are some things to try there too.
  4. Check the Windows crash logs and see if they say anything
  5. Between gaming and video editing, that 1tb ssd is gonna fill up pretty fast. I'd get a hard drive like this one for less played games and to store your video files on because videos can be deceptively large in file size.
  6. 3kliksphillip did a video on this for CS2 and found that his TV's latency was much worse than his monitor's, so I guess it's just how TVs are produced versus monitors that makes them unsuitable for most PC gaming. It's just not really meant for that purpose. The whole video is a pretty good watch if you want to know what exactly creates input latency in general but 17:11 is where he talks about the TV.
  7. If you want to play games with raytracing down the road go green, otherwise the AMD gpus are more bang for your buck as long as you don't mind spotty driver support sometimes (unless it's changed?) Also Destiny isn't a very hard game to run so any of the GPUs you listed should do 1440p fine.
  8. If you're fine with spending $35, this kit is 3200mhz CL16 and will definitely work as opposed to possibly low binned b-die that is unstable at 3200+ Don't know how tight your budget is but for me spending $10 more than the other stuff mentioned here to get guaranteed results is worth it.
  9. 16GB is enough for gaming in 99% of scenarios (unless you play Civ or such), it only starts to be a problem if you're using applications such as video editors or 3d modeling software.
  10. That's probably good enough then, as long as you don't do too much video editing or 3d modeling. For the motherboard, unless you're overclocking and need good VRMs or you want more connectors/ports an upgrade won't really do anything. Your motherboard already supports the newest Intel CPUs.
  11. How much RAM do you have? If you have 16GB it's worth upgrading to 32 or 64gigs depending on what applications you use the most.
  12. It's not necessarily about the distance (although that is a factor), it's that it's difficult for the team to run one LTX as it is, another one would probably be too much for them to handle.
  13. Sorry, but.... I can't hear anything in the video? Maybe it's too quiet but I have my volume up high and only hear the fans.
  14. For the price of that AIO I'd recommend getting an air cooler like the Noctua NH-U12S. I don't know how well the quality control is on MSI's water coolers, either.
  15. Unless you're placing your PC in a place where it could get dirty from things other than dust, a white case will be much better as black makes dust much more obvious. Also I just prefer the look of white cases in general so I could be biased lol
