    I use Light Shot (http://prntscr.com/) Barely any steps and easy to use.

    Inb4 someone makes an exploit which tricks windows into thinking you have a 9" screen and activates windows on a normal sized screen.

    If your looking to save, instead of that 4770 get a Xeon E3-1230V3 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116906 . The only disadvantage is no integrated graphics.

    You could copy the disc with magiciso on another pc and then put the iso on a flashdrive, use magicdisk, and mount the iso and install it that way. Btw halo 2 for vista, the gwls is shutdown.
