Its the shitty realtek controller, I too have a similiar problem with 1GbE NICs. Have you tried different cables? I sometimes get it to work if I change the cables. You can also try this but, it can be temperamental too.

Threw $50 at some virtual machines to get the event started.
Only running a 1070 Ti at the moment. I'm in the middle of moving so don't have the media server hooked up with the 970 + 1050 Ti...
Might make another push for a "Daily 1st" but at 82 million points... that's not looking like a sound investment anymore!

Just spent all my "lunch money" on virtual machines. Looking at how close I was from taking 1st I wish I didn't let off the gas so early this morning...
Now Ill fall back and let my 1070 Ti, 970 and 1050 Ti keep me in top 100👍
Once everyone's up and running and we have some consistent numbers ill make a push for a "daily" 1st!
