  1. Yeah, I was impatient, I didn't even receive my customs letter. The tracking link said custom chargers were due so I went to my local depot which had the backpack there, paid the charges and collected it there and then. A whole week after I collected my backpack my customs charge letter comes through. I have contacted LTTStore support and they gave me $60 refund for the customs which works out as £50.89. That is less than the taxes I paid on LTTStore on the transaction and less than import VAT on the customs side.
  2. Thanks! I didn't see this either! I am glad this is being worked on for future customers and that LTT is handling this properly.
  3. That's interesting. My backpack had no import fees at all and is at my delivery depot now. Nevermind I just checked my tracking link on ParcelForce and it says I am going to get a customs bill come through shortly as well... I bought two LTT Screwdrivers and had to pay £58.59 import fees. £50.09 of that was VAT even though I paid tax on checkout. There seem to be a lot of inconsistencies with import charges and taxes. @nicklmg Do you mind clarifying what is going on at all?
  4. Ahh okay I didn't realise that was the case... My friend and I ordered together to save on shipping that kinda backfired. The page I paid the import fees on said that £50.09 was VAT. The whole order was $191.97, after conversion at the time or purchase was £164.83 so £29.83 over limit
  5. This is my current status on tracking: Just had this text from customs asking me to pay another £60 in import fees... I'm not sure if this is correct but should I really be charged taxes if I'm going to get charged import fees which charge me taxes again for the same item? Feel like I'm going to get shafted when the backpack gets in the UK next...
  6. Mine is finally moving after having the tracking link for a week.Order No: #3398XX
  7. I am order number: 3652XX. Initially ordered a silver shafter and a black shaft. Contacted support and asked the black shaft to be replaced with a silver one as I didn't like the wear the black one was getting which I spotted in some of the LTT videos. Nick Light updated my order and I am still waiting on mine to get shipped.
  8. 1. The reason I would like to win a keyboard is because my PC randomly decided to loose power and completely fry my Corsair K70 (Cherry MX Reds). I am currently stuck with a Logitech K120. It would be absolutely amazing to get that keyboard and be back with an mechanical keyboard. 2. Following Tesoro on Twitter. My Twitter: https://twitter.com/MithusanMuthuli
  9. Hey Guys, I am going to build a £1200 build for a friend of mine and was wondering if you guys agree with this build. (He Changed the budget to £1400 now!) Total Price: £1,402.84 I also need to change the amount of extra fans because I changed the case. He wants to use this PC for Uni, editing and rendering videos and also a bit of gaming. Feel free to let me know what you think. Thanks!

  11. I would like the Surface Pro 3 (Would use it for school mainly since I don't have a laptop). I found Linus Tech Tips by looking at the Intel Core i5 2500k unboxing video. My favourite series of videos made by Linus Media Group is probably the Techquickie series which helped me explain a lot of stuff to friends and family who don't know much about computers. Review a Pizza. That is my favourite food.
