    That is a big request...i dont think you can find one with those specs for that much....check the wish/geek website and see if they have any?

    Oh, I see! If by chance you already have a partition in the same HDD then you can use that partition to put the Windows bootable media file there and so when the reinstallation starts the machine detects it as another separate unit, so you could reinstall Windows in the other partition that's empty. Or alternatively, you divide the existing partition (system partition) into several partitions, I use EaseUS for things like that:
