  1. Get more RAM, trust me, and look for a deal on a used GPU.
  2. If the 5700X non 3D chip is much cheaper, I recommend going with that instead. With a good PBO overclock the 5700X can perform up to 15% better in certain applications. In games the big performance difference between both the 5700X and 5700X3D will only matter if you have a powerful enough GPU, like an RTX 3090 or an RTX 4080 for example.
  3. Oh no! I found out this thread exists. I must resist the urge to inform people the facts about EV's. I will watch for now, instead of pissing off the electric car cultists.
  4. Spotify lol. Real chads use mix tapes and write down the lyrics.
  5. Like stated before, clear the cmos. Then with only the boot drive plugged, boot up the pc, then install the new chipset drivers and stuff. If everything works fine now, then shut everything down, clear the cmos again and install the new cpu. Give it some time for windows to do its thing if you maket that far, then install the new drivers again. If you still cannot post with the new cpu, then the cpu is most likely borked and return it for your money back.
  6. As of right now, just stick with what you have. Your budget is too low, unless you can get a deal on a used higher end GPU.
  7. Just get 32GB of RAM now, don't go for RGB if it's too much money. BTW what CPU are you using?
  8. It's just a roomba for the pool, but around hear that thing would die.
  9. Just save your money and use the parts you have. Then you just need a GPU, RAM and PSU and maybe whatever accessories. A bronze efficiency PSU is fine as long the quality is good. A Corsair CX non modular PSU should be fine for the price sometimes. For the GPU an RX 6600/XT should be alright. You can also find some deals on used stuff too.
  10. Ah yes, an overpriced solution to clean some leaves and debris out of a pool in just 3 days. What's next? A toilet brush that is app controlled from your phone?
  11. Start by getting rid of asus gpu tweak. Then get msi afterburner.
  12. So... you built your first gaming PC? How much was it? You want a good amount of intake and exhaust and good ventilation. Monitor your temps and see how hot it gets, that wiil let you know if your cooling is good enough.
  13. I think your next upgrade should be more RAM, because it's the year 2024, not 2016, so go with 32GB not 16. Also, a good cooler if you already don't have one. Then you can start thinking about a new GPU, because I bet you are not even close to getting the full potential out of your 5700X.
  14. Yes. Do not buy it unless you want to waste money. The people that go around claiming the 6500xt as a great low budget gpu for low budget gaming systems are delusional or full of crap or are mislead themselves. The 6500xt is a terrible buy for anyone who has an older system without pcie gen 4 support and if they do, I still believe it's still bad value to buy it new. Used GTX 1060 6GB and GTX 1660 cards are a much better value and can be found for cheaper than the 6500xt NEW or USED.
  15. Are you having issues with the card you have now? What are your system specs? A gpu upgrade may not make sense if your cpu is the bottleneck, so knowing the specs would help.
  16. Crossout is free. It was fun when I played whatever years ago, but I have not played it recently.
  17. Check your cables and connections.
  18. Wow! JUST FOR DOING THE SAME THING 4 TIMES, I WILL MAKE YOU A LIST FOR A TERRIBLE PC BUILD. It will be the worst bang for the buck. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/9hrNmD
  19. Only a few appliance manufacturers have warranties that may cover that far, but my answer for my case is no. You see, it's not the fact that they don't do it for free, we all need to make money. As long as I can keep things going and the product does exactly what it needs to do and what it should do, everything is fine. We or just them make money from the repair. Also, where are you going with this? Is your washing machine broke? I'm not going to repair your washing machine for free.
  20. I understand your point and agree to an extent, I'm just using true exaggerated, but still true examples. Also, your feeling is wrong. I have repaired old washing machines plenty of times, even coin operated machines. Edit I missread serviced and the sentence and assumed that it's work that I may have done, which is something I do sometimes. Just my brain having a dyslexic moment.
  21. Don't forget you have many small businesses still using 15+year old hardware and software that works perfectly fine, but one new simple needed thing with special requirements means that the whole entire setup must replaced.
