    I would spend a bit more time on pc part picker, this is just a quick design for 950$  this out performs yours by double but if you want lower on you can go for a r5 2600 90$ less but f u want lower there is your option, if anyone got any changes feel free but thats really the best and also i didnt add windows 10 key cause u can get it pirated with a water marks or just buy a cheaper key somewhere online its not worth spend 132$ on that can be used for other things.

    Also I didnt see u dont really need a gpu but really if u have the budget mat aswell then if u decide to game, photo edit, video edit etc you can

    So ram overclock doesnt do much to longevity of the pc but cpu and gpu overclock may lower the life span and even then you might be able to get 4.0ghz on the cpu on the stock cooler but u might be pushing it depending on the silicon of the cpu

    Not sure on those brands but i have a roccat xxl and it works really good. (Im also agressive with my mouse 2 years now only problem with it is stains if u know what i mean lol

    Any b450 i think can overclock and if u update bios u can upgrade to 3rd gen later down the line, if not x470 aswell good overclock and can support 3rd gen easily
