Hello, For some reason ever since I set up my 4k monitor, every few seconds the sound out of my speakers or headphones does this weird buzzing thing. It only does this when the 4k monitor is set to be the main monitor. I'm using Windows 10 right now and have a 7970 gfx card if that has anything to do with it. Thanks! Edit: I just tested this and this is false. But it does only do it when the 4k monitor is being used.

Kinda crazy how he didn't pick the Macbook Pro. It really is a great bang for the buck @ the student reduced price of $1200. Amazing build quality/keyboard/trackpad, 1600p screen, unix environment, 8 gigs of ram, i5, and an SSD.

I am going to be moving into college soon, and I've been thinking about downsizing my Phantom 410 to a Hadron Air. I have a full size mobo and an i5 3570, so I need a smaller board to fit. When I went on pcpartpicker all of the good boards were out of stock, and the ones that weren't looked pretty bad (low end or foxconn). What do you think my luck is in finding one of these boards? Thanks!

I bought a new cable and it came today. It works flawlessly now. Thanks for the help though.

Sorry for the late reply. If I disconnect the second one, or just set windows to only display on the 4k one, nothing displays on the 4k one. Edit: Oh yeah, and it will display on the 4k monitor if the res is 1440p or below. The monitor is set to DP 1.2 and the Displayport on my graphics card is 1.2. I ordered another cable, but I don't think that it should matter.
