Monitors aren't a factor, I have a few that they can use. I should have made that more clear in the original post.

Hey guys, Parents want a newer faster PC for basic home use (ms office suite, web browsing, etc). I kept telling them I could build them one for cheaper than they could just outright buy one. I still believe that but I'm doubting myself a little. This time of year workstations already bundled with windows home premium and coming with peripherals are getting heavily dropped in price. I'm debating to buy or build. I guess what I'm looking for is a good deal on a basic machine or parts suggestions for a build like this. I would probably be fine with it just coming with a regular terabyte or so hard drive, also it will need two HDMI ports for output. Budget is $400 or under, trying to get it more around $300. Oh, and peripherals coming included or os/office suite is a plus. Also disk drive is needed and wifi is a plus. Also R8 this one that I'm currently debating / weigh this machine against a possible build : Acer Aspire TC-885-ACCFLi3 EDIT: by peripherals I mean basic keyboard and mouse, not with monitor

Never taken it apart but I'm tech savvy so it shouldn't be an issue. This windforce card uses a slightly modified reference pcb so I don't know if that article applies or not. Thanks for the input. Will try different cable. Don't really have another monitor to test.

So my computer randomly restarted when I came in my room and then it loaded up fine. Card is a 780ti. Only have the issue when running video through it. On board graphics work fine. Until it crashed and booted up like this. I have reseated the card and nothing changes. Wat do. Is it the end?

Why couldn't they just hand it to Treyarch...

I mean they do release a bunch of content for GTA online for free. If any other AAA game did this they'd probably have the same good business.

Idk what issues you had with th G4 but honestly switching from my samsung S4 to the G4 it was night and day difference in performance and quality. However it is getting a bit sluggish being out for 2 years now.

Do you know if I could replace/add another brand fan to the h5?

I know the glorious story of how Cooler Master gave us the hyper 212 evo, but since then has there been anything else that beats it performance wise? I'm sure there has but I haven't worried about my cooling setup in a while. Thanks!
