  1. The RX 570 is pretty similar in performance to the GTX 970, and the RX 580 is slightly better (especially in its 8 GB variant for VRAM-intensive games).
  2. The Pro S RGB with blues was on sale (~ 100 CAD so ~ 77 USD), and I had a Quickfire TK with reds before which was great (same-ish keyboard but from their "gaming" brand CM Storm). I also didn't really need the macros and wanted something small and easy to transport.

  4. In my S variant (80% no numpad while the L is full-size), the base is solid and heavy, and the keys feel amazing (soft touch, easy to remove and clean). The RGB is gorgeous and fully programmable from the keyboard itself (you can change the color of each key if you want), and includes many lighting modes. It's by far the best keyboard I've ever had; so I'd say go for it if you like the looks of it !
  5. I found Amazon to be a pretty good place to buy them. They are quite often on sale there, so keep an eye out for them. Newegg also follows suit and has similar prices if you prefer shipping from them.
  6. All Cooler Master Masterkeys Pro (S/M/L) keyboards are RGB and come with a detachable cable (each has a Cherry MX Brown variant). The PBT variants come with a detachable cable as well, but no RGB.   8. Not normal, but it's a common bug on some motherboards. If you adjusted voltage manually, try using offset mode (i.e. +0.100V). On some motherboards, adding a 25 MHz increment (i.e. 3625 MHz) also fixes that issue.
  9. 1) Slim but possible. There is always the possibility that a part is DOA (Dead On Arrival). 2) You return it to where you bought it from using their RMA policy, or you contact the part maker's support service. 3) Very low risk if you do it correctly. Don't build on carpet or anything that accumulates static electricity, and don't force or excessively bend a part that won't fit (especially anything that has a circuit board). However, some parts do require some force to install (such as RAM sticks or the 24-pin ATX connector). 4) You can always sort it out, you'll never waste all your money. 5) Yes, great RMA policy.
  10. This mobo is on AGESA 1.0.0.6b so it should be fine with handling such frequencies at CL15. Ryzen doesn't have a 3000 MHz strap though, so it's going to default to either 2933 MHz (probably) or 3066 Mhz (if you're lucky) when enabling XMP.

  13. You forgot the parentheses. It should be : print("Computer chose:", computerChoice()) You should also remove x and z from your function definitions as they are not needed (those are parameters, not return variables).

  16. The problem with making more cards, especially for AMD, is that if Ethereum crashes, there is going to be a lot of surplus that won't sell, and they will lose money. This is exactly what happened in the last mining boom, where R9 290s and 290Xs were going for ridiculously low prices after miners abandoned GPUs for mining Bitcoin in favor of ASICs. To give you an idea, before my Fury X I had an R9 290 that I got brand new for the equivalent of 220 USD (R9 290 MSRP at launch was $399). Having large amounts of stock that doesn't sell hurts AMD/Nvidia, board partners and retailers.

  18. Most of the Skylake-X lineup is based on the LCC dies (6 to 12 cores), and they all use mesh.
  19. Intel oftens likes to state rather big improvements between each generation (they said something like 20% faster for Kaby Lake on certain tasks), but it's almost always the very best-case scenario. If anything, Coffee Lake probably uses their new Mesh inter-core architecture and will be slower than Kaby Lake in some stuff (i.e. games), if the 7800X is anything to go by. I would take those numbers with a (big) grain of salt.
