She got it for her birthday. The cashier tried debit and credit, but still says denied.
We went to the url on the back of it before and "registered" the card or whatever, and my mom said it "registered it". This was before going to the store, but now, it won't even let us log onto the site with the card #, says to call.
We are now calling and there is only an option to enter the card #.. not sure how to get to a representative, any idea?
