See this right here is why I get annoyed when people turn their noses up at sponsored builds.  Sponsorship can play such a vital role for talented modders as frankly most of us aren't loaded nor have the ability to start up new builds on a whim.  It helps to remove the hardware cost barrier, allowing people to focus on the other parts of the build instead, just like you've done here.

I just want to straight up say that this is my favourite PC desk design I've seen to date.  I'm sick to death of the thick, bathtub style desk where there's more space than the builders know what to do with.  This is sleek, sexy and oozes quality.  I love imposing limits for this exact reason, it forces people to become creative in order to surpass the obstacles.  Instant follow.

    an update!! wooohooo!

Well, with my computer being nominated for mod of the month over at bit-tech (vote for me here please!!!  ) i thought id best actually do some modding!

    A massive thanks to

for sponsoring the sleeving for this build! For those who dont know, E22 is in partnership with Lurto0 customs who sells teleios sleeving.

    i wanted teleios sleeving.
there is no orange teleios sleeving.
    lets mod some sleeving!!

So, this is half of the sleeving i was sent from E22.Biz i have more white too... i want this orange though..

This is where Stuart from Kemtex.co.uk came in. I emailed Stuart a few times as id seen somebody dye sleeving before, but every attempt i tried had failed.

Stuart is a expert in dyes and after a few emails, i rang him. He was very interested in what i was doing and actually told me that the stuff i was ordering was far beyond my needs and he turned down a £25+ order, in the end all i needed was this

and he actually supplied it to me for free as he was interested in whether it would work or not.

So, i got a pan of hot water and put it on the hob (notice the stains, this wasnt my first attempt lol)

Then added around half of the 25g bag of dye.

I gave it a stir (do you think i could be a hand model?) (Parvum, valkia, anderp.... no taking the mick -.- )

Grabbed the sleeving and started to put it in!

Try and get all the sleeving underwater, make sure you stir often and also turn it over as much as you can

    after around 10 minutes

    after around 20 minutes

    after around 30 minutes

the colour the sleeveing is in the pan isnt the same as what you will get in the end, you MUST wash off the dye, this does take a lot of colour away from the sleeving, this is what i got in the end:

    Some nicer shots:

So, once id done this i thought i best actually sleeve something...

    24 pin:

    8 pin:

    6 pin pci-e to 2 6 pin pci-e

    Group photo:

I have got 2 more of the pci-e sets obviously for my other 2 cards, but i didnt want to over crowd the photos lol.

Once again, a massive thanks to E22.biz and also Kemtex.co.uk If you want sleeving or dye, please give either of them a visit!

Defensive much, I get its annoying saying your opinions over and over, but this isn't needed.

You should have said "I know their positioned differently, not that its fine and working" because people will still correct you "just in case" you didn't know.

Obvious mistake is Obvious, should have clarified.

Hey Linus I joined and am posting this log since you asked so nicely!

Alright so I'm about to spam the crap out of this first post with pictures! Sorry for that. I have been crazy busy building and laying it out that I haven't had time to post a log about it. This desk is for a client of mine and I'd like to give a little info for the purpose of the build to give everyone an idea why it is going to be the way it is.    First off Phil does web traffic among other things. So he needs a pc that can be on all the time that he doesn't have to worry about the liquid setup. This part of the desk will be a 24/7 system that he can remote into from anywhere. The other setup is more extreme and his daily driver. He will work from it and game from it. He will be running 4 x 144hz Asus monitors on this setup where as the other system will only have power and a nic hooked up. So lets try and do some specs. I'm gonna wing this part and I'll come back and try and fill anything I miss.   Work side -   Asus Sabertooth X79 Intel i7 4820K Crucial Ballistic low pro 64gb 2133mhz Samsung Evo 500gb SSD Evga GT610 Adaptec 6805 Raid card Western Digital 4TB Black x 6 in Raid 10 LG DVD burner Corsair H105 AIO cooler Cooler Master Hybrid 1050watt PSU   Main system-   Asus Rampage IV Black Intel i7 4930K Corsair Vengance Pro 64gb 2133mhz Samsung 840 Pro x 2 in Raid 0 for OS Evga GTX Titan x 3 Adaptec 6805 Raid card Western Digital 4TB Black x 6 in Raid 10 LG Bluray burner Cooler Master Hybrid 1050watt PSU   Cooling and Misc.-   Aquaero 6 XT Aquacomputer high flow USB Aquacomputer temp sensors x 3 Aquacomputer Kryographics for GTX TITAN - Acrylic Glass, back plates and bridge EK-Supremacy Clean CSQ cpu block Redharbinger FMJ Series Stainless Steel Reservoir Cover - Classic - 250e Black w/ EK-MultiOption RES X3 250 x 3 Bitspower fittings up the wazoo! I may have missed something so I may add later. So lets start with the Red Harbinger Cross Desk     Next up some Titan blocks.     I didn't get a lot of picks in progress but I think you'll like what I did take pics of. Here's that moment where you figure out that the board is bigger than the board that was used for grommet layout. OOPS!     So I made my own     So lets move on to some water layout.     And here's a better look at the back area.      A look at Res setup     And a little teaser for now.......     Thats it for now. I hope you enjoyed my madness. Thanks for looking.............

Some already know me with previous build logs in this forum, you already know i love white case and build, i dont change this in this build, this one is my personal gaming build, i tried to make less compromise on aesthetics and Hardware specially on GPUs and when i saw white GPU pcb and white waterblock, the planning begins, most of the job for this buils are for the planning , painting and sleeving,
The hard tubing was not so easy to achived, specially because all passtrought on the floor

So I fill the loop with distilled water and run a leak test... of course I prepared the necessary precaution in case there's a leak.

    After few hours...

Next step, I'll fill it with Mayhem's Aurora Red and finally the lighting...

    Hi,

    Update: Completed Pics

I would like to share my 2014 build log and hopefully get some feedback to improve my build. I'm a newbie builder. Since the hardtube became popular, I wanted to build one. I learned by watching RomeoKilo, Singularity Computers, and other builders out there in YouTube. I thought it is easy, and I was wrong... hehe I tried...

    Specs:
Case: Corsair: 900D (I chose this case 'coz I got it on sale and it has radiator mounts ready)
Motherboard: Maximus VI Formula (I chose this MoBo since it has waterblock already)
    Processor: Intel 4770k
Memory: 16 GB Corsair Dominator Platinum (I chose this memory for aesthetics)
GPU: 2 x Saphire R9 290 (I got mine on sale before the R9 crisis, just didnt have time to complete the build)
PSU: Corsair AX1200 (From my old rig)
    SSD: 240 GB Intel 530
    HHD: 3 x 1TB for Raid 0

    Watercooling:
    Radiator 1: XSPC EX480 Quad 120mm
Radiator 2: EK Ultimate Performance CoolStream 480
    GPU Waterblock: 2 x EK-FC R9-290X - Acetal+Nickel
CPU Waterblock: EK-Supremacy - Full Nickel
Reservoir: XSPC Photon 270 Reservoir/D5 Vario Pump Combo
    Fan: 8 x Corsair SP120 Quiet Edition
    Fan: 4 x Corsair SP120 Performance Edition
    Fan: 1 x Corsair AP140 Quiet Edition
    Fan: 2 x Stock Corsair 900D Fans
    Coolant: Mayhem Aurora Red
Tube: 4 x EK 12mm OD Solid Tube Set - Clear
    Fittings: 8 x Bitspower Enhanced Dual 90-Degree Multi-Link Adapter
                 6 x Bitspower G1/4 Thread 90-Degree Rotary Multi-Link Adapter
                 8 x Bitspower G1/4 Enhanced Multi-Link Adapter
                 2 x Bitspower G1/4 Thread 90-Degree Dual Rotary Adapter
                 etc...

    Others:
    Cable Sleeve: Lutro0 Telios
Cable Sleeve: Corsair Individually Sleeve Cables
    LED: eBay Strips
Fan Hub: 3 x ModMyToys 3-Pin Power Distribution PCB 5xWay Block
    Acrylic: 3mm 18 x 18 Plexiglass

First set of items (I also order EVGA 750W PSU as I don't want to kill my current rig while i'm building):

As I'm waiting for my other stuffs to arrive (waiting for stock), I started working on the mid-plate with 3mm acrylic...

    Stuffs starting to arrive...

    Working with GPU waterblock...

    Planning the loop...

Oh wait... am I using EK 16mm OD tube fitting? Since I'm very unsuccessful with bending tubes

(at least I can't get the right measurement and angle given all the tools I have except for the Monsoon Measuring Kit which is unfortunately been out-of-stock for the last 3 months).

So I decided to scrap the plan and and proceed to "Plan B", BitsPower fittings...

Bit short on Bitspower Enhanced Dual 90-Degree Multi-Link Adapter and I don't want to buy a piece and wait another week again, this project has been sitting here for too long now... I will do leak testing this weekend and hopefully finish the build. Unless you guys notice where the shortage that I'm talking about and suggested that I should follow the scheme of the build...

Do I need to drain the loop first before adding the Aurora Red coolant? I didn't fill the whole reservoir thinking I can just add the coolant later... still waiting for it to arrive.

I finished the lighting and cable management... I put 1 LED strip on the left side of the side panel and 1 under the acrylic motherboard tray cover to make it look like an underglow. I will also try to replace the LED on the reservoir with a brighter one to add a little red glow once it has the Aurora coolant.
