Hi there, i have a problem with my new Kingston Hyperx Cloud Headset, and i know i can turn to the LTT community So my problem is as follows: The mic causes a constant buzzing for other users when i'm in voice chat I have put all images into spoilers, and they are captioned. When i listen to the device (mic), i can hear the endless buzzing, The buzzing does not occur with this Creative mic that i normally use

How do you check that mic boost is off? what driver should you be using

If you find one, please post in this thread with the info. I've just bought the Clouds, and the only weak point is the mic I'm quite impressed (though i can't find a good volume balance, it seems like the sound is more distant than the 20 dollar on ear headphones i had before)

Its great. But if your gaming, then it would be better to get an fx-6300 and a 280x. The fx-6300 will overclock very easily, and you really don't need those extra cores. As for 600watts, Go for a 700 watt to give you a little more headroom, especially if u go 6300+280x and are overclocking Edit: did not see that you were gaming on a 1280x1024 monitor. I have to say: don't do it! any 1080p monitor will be much better. Think in the long term, a 280x and 1080p monitor will be so much better But i see where your coming from about saving money. I bought my PC in Aus, oh the prices are disgusting!

Ok, thanks for the info I think the k70 RGB might be the KB for me. Although anything is better than this PS/2 Microsoft KB.... Shame i probably won't be able to actually test each keyboard

mm i'm interested in the Orion Spark. The G502 won out and is my favourite mouse, and it seemed like the Orion might do the same thing, but i'm really not sure about these "romer G" switches. They're rated for more key presses than Cherry MXs, but honestly Cherry really underestimate the lifetime of their switches. Will the switches be more like reds, or will they be shoddy?

The g502 is a lot better. It has a very competitive price for what it is - an excellent mouse. Some people find it a little on the heavy side, but it is in excellent palm grip mouse. The g402 cheaps out on a few things to save money. A mouse is something you use every time you use a PC, so wouldn't it be worth going that extra step to get the premium mouse - the g502?

Yes i did actually, mind not being an asshole? Its meant to replace the 780ti, with a marginal increase in performance, but with much better power usage and thus less heat.

Ok yes it outperforms it, but not by much (at least at stock) in regars to Performance (it's a beast when it comes to heat and power though). It's purpose was not to beat the 780ti, its supposed to replace it.

I know its horrible aye. 800 for a reference card. Fair enough its brand new, so there has to be a price drop. And when AMD flagships come out, perhaps another price cut

Well since the 980 doesn't outperform the previous gen 780ti, i wouldn't be surprised to see a gtx 980ti or 990. Sure the 980 overclocks like a beast. but thats not how things work. They will supply a GPU that that outperforms at stock

Why would i do that? I'm asking for opinions, because if i was to get a new GPU, i would want the best performer. Remember when people got a titan, and then the 780ti came out. I don't want that to happen to me.

They agreed on the Wan show that they wouldn't rush new content out, that they should take their time instead of having constant sleepless nights. I'm not sure if they're sticking to that tho
