I must say that originally I used to be an apple hater, but once you look into the non-general use type cases but more like professionals and creators, for the price of the same build quality that they have now, the quick access to applications, the light OS and the just damn good displays, you can't disagree from a professional outlook that apple wins hands down. For the price to what you get now days from apple is supprisingly good. The price lines between apple and other companies has been blurred. Anything other than those who are professionals or creators, apple just throws them under the bus stealing their money for something that won't benifit them at all.

I have been using the free version of SyncBack from 2brightsparks to keep a backup of specific folders of a pc in an external drive.

It's been working great for several years, but I dont remember if it has an option to delete the files in the source folder after copying them.

To use a server as backup unit I guess all you need to do is map the network drive in your system and it should work fine.

Many years ago, in the ATI 960pro AIW times, I had a sapphire gpu and the color reproduction was nothing I had ever seen.  Maybe it was saturation but the colors were rich! I haven't seen a difference from one card to another since then
