    put that file onto a thumbdrive, then reboot and enter the bios and search for a button like ezflash (depending on what bios the name would be a bit different but it should have 'flash') then select your thumbdrive and the file then just follow the steps.

    for those crazy people that care about 1 degrees cooler than others, the thermal grizzy kryonaut is the coolest but the most value for money in my country is the mx4 which is 1 degrees hotter than the kryonaut. unacceptable, when i got my thermal grizzy i threw my mx4 away jkjk.

    nah i think i will use a raspberry pi instead, with my blazing fast 1gb ram and 1.2ghz quad core imma beat that core 2 duo. plus free minecraft

    You can just type in the code, you dont need to use the disk.

    Have you tried running malwarebytes? maybe theres a malware or smt, cause it can't take up the cpu if its closed... i know...

    Try clearing all the cache and cookies etc, what cpu are you running btw?
