I really liked the film. It had a great soundtrack and and a good message about the goals of feminism and how thinking of the movement of as just "womens liberation" is a limited perspective. I enjoyed the dance-fight scenes at the end, they were fun. If I had to offer a critique i would say it didn't go far enough in exploring the ways that patriarchy harms men but it was the barbie movie not the ken movie.

my tastes have shifted over the years. graphics card reviews or pc builds don't really interest me unless there's something very novel about them, like that designer itx build from china. I do enjoy the smart home content though

op it’s great that you have a project idea, even better that you’re reaching out to get peoples feedback. I do have a question though: have you done any research into current technology? your project already exists, or a version of it at least. Blind people often have sighted people coming into blind spaces proposing radical new technology without really understanding what they need or how they live. I implore you to do research first and enter with humility to any blind space when seeking input in your project.

Hello I didn't know how to phrase it in my title so sorry for being so vague.
Okay so I have a balcony that is 300cm wide and 280cm deep. I want to buy outdoor wood tiles to cover the whole -or most of it- concrete floor.
Each package of tiles comes with 9 tiles each measuring 30x30cm.
I am absolutely shit at maths but I tried my best and I am in need of your help to tell me how wrong I am.
Basically I calculated the total area. Which is 300x280 which is 84,000 or 8.4 metres.
I then calculated the total area of each tile package. 9x30 is 27 so the area each package will cover is 2.7 metres.
I then took the total area 8.4 divided by 2.7, the area each set covers. Which is 3.1.
So in my calculations I would need to purchase 3.1 sets of tiles to cover the entire balcony. I'm rounding this down to 3 packages since I'm not going all the way to the edges and that will take into account of the missing 10cm missing on each edge.
How correct is this?
Thank you for your help!
Length * Width = Area
L(deck) * Wdeck) = A(deck)
L(tile) * W(tile) = A(tile)
A(deck) / A(tile) = tiles per deck
tiles per per deck / tile count per package = packages per deck
L(deck) = 300
W(deck) = 280
300 * 280 = 84000
L(tile) = 30
W(tile) = 30
30 * 30 = 900
84000 / 900 = 93.334
93.334 / 9 = 10.37
You forgot to multiply by 30 twice to get the area of tiles per package, then you did something weird with the units. Start with 10 packages

Not sure if it supports chapters. But I use MakeMKV, it does a good job.
makemkv rips, but it doesn't burn.
@ZeusXI are you looking to take data off of discs, or put data onto them? I'm guessing putting data on since you mentioned playback on PS4, but it's not uncommon for people to confuse the terms burning and ripping.

The server already has an IP I need though as it's in a country which I require.no not your pc, the server you've rented.

I personally have a few cloth reusable masks that I use once and wash every week. I also only leave my house 2 or three times a week though.

My family subscribes to a lot of streaming services, but I have personal convictions that guide my habits:
Above all, I care about artists being rewarded for their work (this means no piracy).
My second priority is having DRM free media. (This means minimizing streaming services and iTunes for movies).
My third priority is having high quality media. (This more often than not correlates with actions guided by rule 2).
Immediately there is a contradiction: How do I reward artists and obtain high quality DRM free media when their art is only available on streaming services? In this case I am forced to use the streaming service. I also use streaming services to discover new media, then buy it on DVD or Blu-ray and digitize it to the extent I am legally allowed to. For music, I first look on Bandcamp, as they give the largest share of purchases to artists of any online music store, offer flac downloads for all their music, and give artists and listeners great control over how much they pay for their music (there are several albums where I've payed more than asking price for albums on bandcamp).
These priorities have come to me recently, so I haven't had the chance to amass an especially large library yet. The content I do have streams from a Jellyfin server (because I want to avoid propietary software to the extent I am able).

Set a camera in front of the display you're playing games on and use that to stream. It's similar to a method people use to digitze VHS tapes.

i mean like, we will all have our own name its not a clan name.
So like i was thinking rn just, we could follow a theme like elements. Once could be called Fire, other Water, other Steam or something like that.
A cool rainbow 6 squad i saw once was called I'm Flanking, I'm Anchoring, I'm Rushing, etc. but it wont work for this game.
