    Ensure your GPU drivers on your PC from the Nvidia card are completely gone using DDU found here:

    Once that is complete go through the process of installing the new AMD GPU.  When you plug the card in with all the power connectors etc.. windows should assign a basic display adapter driver for the card from there you can install the AMD drivers online.   
     
    Ensure you don't have any display cables plugged into your MOBO slots (HDMI,DP,DVI ETC)  and ONLY into the AMD GPU. 
     
     
    Double check to see if the card was used for mining as Streetguru said, this could really be messing you up. 
     
    If non of that works then try the card on a different system and see if it works.

    I have an old copper-full motherboard. Can anyone tell me which Pentium processor this is? I have no idea. (This has been answered)An old Hard Drive I had found in a large metal server next to the trash.

    GTX 750 Ti in the US goes for somewhere in the $60-$80 range.
    Thats about 1/2 the price when it was new.

    I recently bought a Zotac 1050ti OC (4gb) and after installing it in my chassis ,it began vibrating at high fan speed (70 above to be precise), upon searching online all i got was that my gpu fan's might be faulty (at LTT forums,tomshardware,etc) however i was pretty sure they were not at fault here, so i dug deep and Lo and behold i found one guy suggesting that i remove the zotac sticker and re apply it on the center, and it worked.. just want to help out anyone having this problem ,DO not RMA your product,try this first
