  5. Look at the products offered by Hauppauge. They have several kinds of tv tuners that work on PC as well as Xbox One. Personally, I've never tried any of their tuners so I can't really say how good they are. However, for about 6 years have been using their HD PVR capturing video from our cable box without really any big issues. There software can be a bit clunky but does the job.
  6. After some time of encouraging, my family will no longer be paying Comcast for television service and keep only internet. Looking around for the best alternatives for cable tv, one thing that is a must is local channels for news and some local sports. Looking around Amazon, I read that the Mohu Leaf was very highly recommended. It is suprising to hear that you didn't have much success using that antenna even when your so close to downtown Detroit. I plan on building a nice HTPC for the living room with perhaps a tv tuner to record shows onto. As of February 2016, Comcast doesn't have data caps in my area (knock on wood) so we will be using Netflix, SlingTV, NHL.tv, and perhaps Hulu+ for our replacement for cable. Here's to more people cutting the cord with cable.
  7. 1. Cities Skylines 2. Assassin's Creed III 3. SpeedRunners 4. Assassin's Creed II 5. Terraria 6. Sleeping Dogs 7. Wolfenstein: The New Order 8. Euro Truck Simulator 2 9. War Thunder 10. Spec Ops: The Line I've spent more time playing games offline which Steam chose not to record. Hopefully, this year I can play more games and burn through my back logs of games.
  8. For those of you who have not been able to get it to download, follow the steps that everyone above have been saying. http://i.imgur.com/b9Dr76b.png Windows 10 is currently downloading on my reserved PC.
  9. Fair enough. I prefer the colder weather as well although I do enjoy the fall and the fall colors. Agreed with the seasons as they aren't the best over in the south eastern part of the state. +1 on the Sand Dunes!
  10. There are some very fun places to go in Michigan. To name off a few: Lake Michigan Lake Superior Lake Huron Michigan football game Detroit Red Wings hockey game Detroit Tigers baseball game Mackinac Island Michigan also has 4 incredible seasons each year (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter). So every few months or so, you can do something completely different.
  11. Yuck, Ohio? The only good thing about Ohio is Cedar Point. For all of us Michiganders, this isn't the least bit surprising. Happy to call this great state my home!
  12. Go ahead and pick up Depth for 60% off, it won't go any cheaper. As for the other games on your wishlist, wait and see if they show up on Daily Deals or Flash Sales as they may go cheaper that the current sale price.
  13. Good Old Games. It is a great site for DRM free games, mostly older games but have been increasing the amount of newer games; Witcher 3 for example. .
