I'd assume that it's supported from the factory installed BIOS.

3000C15 is so common you really shouldn't need to worry about support.

As far asBIOS updating goes you can either
flash the update in windows (whether or not MSI allows/has support for that you'd need to check) flash the new bios in bios (wow) by using a USB stick to copy the new bios to and finding the update bios option. This is the preferred way. MSI FAQ seems to cover most things. As with the manual which you can probably download.

I dont know the actual price difference in poland between 2666 and 3000mhz ram. Doesnt matter to much what you get. But if it is 5-9$ difference you should spring for it unless it bursts you budget. Its not neccesary to do so

For 1080p 60Hz, a 1070ti may be a bit overkill. But also it may keep your rig current for a longer time.

You could also go for a 2666MHz RAM kit.

    And possibly a larger SSD.

A good air cooler will perform better than an 120mm AIO, and possibly more silent.

The only real issue here is the PSU. Masterwatt lite sucks. Badly. Noisy and bad. Masterwatt lite isn't bronze either. BUT the masterwatt non-lite is a very good 80+ bronze PSU for the price. For this rig you don't need more thatn 500w PSU. Do you have a link to a polish store so we can browse and maybe see what's available around the same price?
