And how long did it take AMD to warranty it?

I've warrantied Intel chips before, and it's super easy, and extremely fast. From Canada to California, tested, replacement to me within 3 days.

@James Evens Not too long actually. From opening the warranty claim to them shipping me a new one in just under 2 weeks. No problems at all.
@dizmo $224 CAD. Took about a week from when I shipped it to them to letting me know a replacement is on the way.

Isn't that about what they cost from a Canadian seller?
