  1. Do you have an HDMI cable to try?
  2. It varies from card to card, it will tell you in GPU-Z.
  3. MSI Afterburner or GPU-Z i would recommend.
  4. Have you monitored clock speed and temps while playing?
  5. You'll have no trouble figuring out the answers then i suppose. The more information you provide, the more accurate answer you'll get.
  6. Depends what you use it for, the 5800X 3D is the fastest for gaming but not for productivity.
  7. Yes, possibly due to throttling because of heat build up. In your first pic, if that is your GPU doing nothing then it's too hot for the fans running over 2k rpm. I'd expect those temps from an idle GPU when there is a zero fan / fan stop mode in place. You need to run a full load while monitoring the clock speed and temp of the GPU.
  8. After a long session? GPU hasn't pulled more than 40w and clock speed at 1410MHz? If it's idleing at 46.5c with the fans over 2000rpm then that does seem a bit hot.
  9. Do you have any other 3 pin 5v argb devices you can plug to the motherboard header to check it's working properly?
  10. Clear the CMOS of your main PC and boot with your original RAM.
  11. I would run DDU and remove the driver then install the latest driver from scratch before i'd think about RMA.
  12. SInce replacing your RAM it is possible that the system is running from the iGPU from the 3770 instead of the GT 1030?
  13. Here's some handy tips from Robert Hallock on improving compatibility on 1st gen Ryzen.
  14. I know it's a preset, i was just pointing out there is more data on the 1080p preset available without having to find someone else with a 3070 to run at this setting to compare. But happy days, you've appeared with a 3070 and ran it for the op!
  15. I doubt anyone is running a 3070 with the resolution at 1600 x 900 on Heaven. Try running at 1080p fullscreen and you'll likely have an easier time comparing. Alternatively you could run 3Dmark Firestrike and compare directly with the same hardware on their database.
  16. If you're confident the CPU is not actually overheating you can find the thermal limits option in BIOS and disable it, this should at least let you get to windows for further diagnosis.
  17. So Corsair LPX is a crapshoot at the best of times,it's pretty well known at this point. Here's a few handy tips for earlier Ryzen from Robert Hallock himself when it comes to compatibility.
  18. They look fine but if it bugs you can you not flip the radiator round so the hoses are towards the rear of the case?
  19. It's certainly not the best PSU on the market but it's also far from the worst. I'm pretty sure you'll be fine.
  20. Phanteks Enthoo is the first that springs to mind. There's a few option within the Enthoo series.
  21. The 3dmark database would be a decent place to start.
  22. Do you get it in all gaming scenarios or just at high fps?
  23. If the PSU is tripping your breaker then there's an issue with it. 3060 ti uses only around 200w so not a power hungry card. Did you run DDU and freshly install the graphics drivers when you swapped your card?
