  1. You can do this up to point and has been done in the past. Like Rollinlower said, eventually you run into limitations when it takes too much power and is too hard to cool. They only make power supplies so big...
  2. how do you know that it had a windows error then, the IGPU? If the 1050 ti doesnt get video out on the other PC, then that pretty much narrows it down..
  3. You at least get a video out of the video card though? Like you could go into bios if you wanted? Its possibly a bad PCIe slot. Do you have another video card you could try in on you ryzen 3 2200g + A320 MOBO
  4. oh, then don't do it unless there is another newer bios version that DOESN't have that warning.
  5. Well its worth trying updating to newer bios, just for giggles. You already said that you tried to set the bios to dedicated graphics mode, so as far as a can think of, its probably not any bios setting. You can clear CMOS for good measure. My money is still on the graphics card, or one of its ports at this point.
  6. I'm not an expert, but im certain that it is compatible. It should run in 3.0 x 8, 2.0 x 8 mode and every other combination of generation and number of lanes you can think of. Any consumer PCIe graphics card will work on any consumer motherboard with a PCIe x16 slot wired to the CPU.
  7. No the lanes definitely aren't the problem. Its all backward compatible. Also i edited my wording from before as it IS actually wired for PCIe 3.0. Its running in 2.0 mode because of the APU. You can run a PCIe 3.0 x 16 video card in a PCIe 2.0 x 1 slot and it will technically work, it just will be bandwidth bottlenecked. Right now my money is on the graphics card. Also try another port on the graphics card if you haven't already done so. And hopefully you can also test in another PC.
  8. Also try another port on the back of the graphics card! Good luck! Regarding the bios only allowing you to select PCIe 2.0 even though it says 3.0 is because you are using a ryzen APU. See Expansion slot section.
  9. What about the removing it and reinserting it? I see now that is only one x16 slot to trying another isn't doable. You could also try the graphics card in another computer to ensure it isn't dead.
  10. @Sumolizer The list is referring to all corsair 2012 (green) CX and CMX models with an advertised wattage of 600 watts or less
  11. 12 PCIe 2.0 lanes is plenty of bandwidth for a GTX 1050 ti. It is compatible with this config, no issues here. Have you tried removing the video card and just reinstalling it, ensuring that it is pressed all the way into the socket, maybe give it a little wiggle too? Try the video card in another slot? By chance is there a PCIe power connector on the video card that isn't plugged in? Sometimes there is a BIOS setting that you have to change to switch to dedicated graphics.
  12. There's only going to be a slight difference. I'd probably pick whichever is cheaper. I also feel that 3200 MHz CL 16 is more common so maybe better compatibility, but either one will probably work fine. Ryzen prefers frequency over latency too.
  13. Nope. It cannot be done with a delid die mate 2 beacuse its soldered.
  14. You can ignore the warning. Like these guys said, there is an extra power connector (2 in total) on your motherboard. Your power supply has only 1 connector for this style of plug. Its only needed for extreme overclocking with more cores.
  15. No idea.. I suppose it is possible that software doesn't play nice with the sensors and give inaccurate reading. I have seen this on some AMD products. Edit: just realized that the overheating caused it to crash so its definitely running super hot... Weird.
  16. IMO the best bang for the buck is always the cheapest one. once you start getting to the nicer higher end coolers on the 2060, you start getting into RTX 2060 Super territory. My pick would be an EVGA RTX 2060 KO https://www.newegg.com/evga-geforce-rtx-2060-06g-p4-2066-kr/p/N82E16814487488 This gigabyte 3-fan one for $306 is not bad either EDIT: I JUST REALIZED THIS GIGABYTE ONE IS AMAZON WAREHOUSE.. SO NOT THIS ONE https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MVZG7Z9?ascsubtag=s1579880294716ng93a52439&tag=52439_iceleadscom-20&linkCode=osi&th=1&psc=1
  17. If these were my options, i'd go CX430 (Green label) If its only like $10 more, CX500M (Green label)
  18. Solid build! You should buy as much GPU as you can afford. RTX 2060 and Radeon 5700 (NON XT) are solid offerings and should hopefully be available in you remaining £250 price range. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Palit-RTX2060-NE62060018J9-161F-graphics-Express/dp/B07MM5Z4G2/ref=sr_1_52?keywords=rtx+2060&qid=1579876924&s=computers&sr=1-52
