  1. very nice build, a little curious why you went with a custom loop on a budget build though
  2. There is alot of information missing here, but id say go for a 2070 to match the 8700k . And go ahead and pick out whatever white parts you want that you can fit into your budget.
  3. They claim it to be a bit stronger then a 1070 ti https://www.gamespot.com/articles/nvidia-announces-rtx-2060-video-card-price-starts-/1100-6464198/
  4. I dont see why not. If you dont have anything important on that harddrive, download a new copy, format the USB, create a new tool and reinstall, you dont have anything to lose if you cant boot any other way
  5. If its only been a week, and you cant get anything else to work, id reccomend just reinstalling windows, if it continues, theres a chance it might be a faulty harddrive. But an unstable version of windows can crash kinda whenever it wants and corrupt itself. I used the same faulty ( I wasnt aware at the time) install for a few months, and it would corrupt every so often. something would trigger it but I could never tell what, so I tried a new ISO and it worked flawlessly
  6. There is a chance that your install just failed, it happened to me a couple times. Are you using a disk or a flash drive? If its a flash drive, redownload the tool and reinstall it using the new copy.
  7. the bottoming out sound is quite louder then the actual clicking noise. I use the switches and orings when im away at uni and the sound is night and day difference when I take them off at home
  8. Grab some O-rings, it dampens the sound drastically, but still feels good. There is a little bit of noise left in there, but no where near normal blues
  9. So the astro A40 mix amp is the only way to do this?
  10. I am looking for a way to be able to take audio from my phone and put it into my computer, so I can hear it through my headphones. I would like to listen to music and other audio from my phone, have it go into my computer, and out into my headphones. I use to have a astro A40 mix amp, but had to get rid of it when I upgraded to senhieser 599's. Is there a way to do this? Thanks for any help!
  11. https://www.astrogaming.com/mixamps/MIXAMP-TR-XB1.html?dwvar_MIXAMP-TR-XB1_color=White#start=1 This is what im looking for in a way, something physical that I can change the volume balance between two channels, and have a aux input. I just wasnt sure if there as something better I could be using then this.
  12. Well along with being able to change volume with a physical device, i could also plug my phone into the mix amp and play music from my phone into my headphones, would you happen to know a solution to that?
  13. I need something that is a physical interface that I can touch and change volumes between. It seems silly, but once you have that mix amp there is no going back, its such a great feature to have, and you really miss it once you dont have it. Im not sure if you ever used the astro mixamp, but it was so good at what it did. I was just curious if there was something similar to that, that I can change volumes of voice and in game sounds separately.
  14. Yeah, i have been slowly reducing the amount of video games i play, so i was more music oriented when looking for these, so that makes it good to know i won’t be disappointed with the gaming performance. I do have another quearion for you, i used the Astro A40’s with the mix amp, and i swear that little box was the best thing that ever happened to me. Do you know of any alternatives to that?
  15. I have recently been using the Astro A40’s with a mix amp and i absolutely loved it. Unfortunately i broke them and went and got a new headset. I ordered a pair of senhieser HD 599’s, and was wondering if there is something i can use to replicate the ability to change voice and in game volume independently with something physical. Also, i wanted to know if i needed a sound card or something to power them correctly. Thanks for any help! It’s all appreciated!
