Gamersnexus has actually released some good content on this. Although some of the supply chain issues are coming from crypto mining, the larger factor is the global ram shortages. Everything I have heard is that prices will continue to stay high until the ram shortages are resolved. your best bet is to get on a mailing notification for a GPU in your price range from nvidia or EVGA's websites. From my experience higher end nvidia cards have a higher chance of coming available for their MSRP ( 1080 1080 Ti's). Both Nvidia and AMD have also said we should expect increases in MSRP due to increased BOM costs (~$25 more per memory module) form the ram shortages. 

Nvidia says they will be stable or keep rising till Q3, but I don't think they will fall that much. Only if a new generation of GPUs comes out that's more efficent.
Bitcoin is nearly only mined with ASICS as far as I know, it's mostly the alt coins that keep the prices up. Also if a new generation it comes out there are in my opinion two possibilities. 1. They just expand with new GPUs and keep the old ones 2. The market will be full of old GPUs that will be bought by little minerz that can't afford the new ones

Any human being who knew the difference between an opinion and a fact would disagree. An opinion is something that is subjective and doesn't have any factual evidence to show it is factually correct. A fact is something with concrete evidence showing it is correct.

Completely depends on what you like. I have been using the S8 since its launched and I'm going to switch to the iPhone 8. If you're prone to drop your phone the S8 is a bad idea. It breaks easily, also (from my experience) the fingerprint scanner, facial recognition and iris scanner hardly ever work first try and can get annoying. However if you like an open OS go for the S8 for obvious reasons, also go for it if you like the infinity display, however, it doesn't stay amazing after you use it for a while. If you want speed go for the iPhone 8.

That's the thing. The current generation ones don't do anything better at all. The 360 was great for co op games and that's the only thing I can think of.
