The 8320 is a great choice! and yes since both the PS4 and Xbox are using 8-core AMD CPUs you'll be in good shape.
Also, I run an FX-6350 at 4.6 GHz and it doesn't bottleneck my GTX 780.

I've had this issue on a couple different systems I've built, it seems to be a finicky motherboard. I resolved the issue by just using sleep mode instead of hibernate mode. Besides your PC will wake up from sleep mode faster and it still turns off nearly all the components and uses very little power.

    Wow, a couple people saying the FX 6350 OC'd to 4.5Ghz won't bottleneck a 780 .  Well cool!

I'd love to have an R9 290 or 290x but the price/performance on them makes me cringe.

    Graph from this website http://www.pcper.com/reviews/Graphics-Cards/Sapphire-Radeon-R9-290X-Tri-X-4GB-Graphics-Card-Review/Overclocking-and-Concl
Their OCd performance is nearly the same, and their other features are probably pretty close as well (temps, noise, etc.). I own a 7850 from ASUS and a 7790 from Sapphire. I say they're both good companies that make solid products.
In conclusion: the differences are small and either card is a great choice!
