Switched the active mixer with a passive one.

Much better, no noise at all with this one. 

 

So the moral of the story?  If you already have a decent amplifier, don't get a mixer that has an amplifier in it.  Get a passive mixer instead.  Keep in mind that passive mixers tend to decrease volume by around 25%  so your amp will need to compensate.
