The i3 is technically better, but they're basically the same. Get the G4560 -- the biggest difference is the lesser AVX support on th G4560, and AVX isn't something that most users use.

Gigabyte should not be even taken into consideration, it's not nearly as good as the other two.
 
I'd personally go for Sapphire, but the ROG STRIX one is not bad as well. Just choose whichever of those two fits your build better.
