To begin, it makes no sense at all go High End on hardware and stick with a shitty 1080p60hz TN panel, the monitor is as important as hardware as it is where you will see/feel that glorious high end touch, it is the window to your little virtual reality built by the hardware.
If you cheap up too much on the monitor you will end up with the very same user experience as you would with mid end hardware since you will be pretty much wasting potential... if any thing the bottleneck in here is your monitor! lol
Trust me when I first bought my Titan X I actually paired it with an old 1680x1050p TN 22inch panel I had because all my money went on the GPU, it was a very meh experience that even made me wonder why I spent so much on the graphics card, but after I bought a new IPS 2560x1080p80hz 29inch Ultrawide monitor dammn then I realized how much I was missing.
It seems like a lot of people who got one ended up with monitors with dead pixels. Colors are fine for a TN but don't compare to an IPS. If that doesn't bother you then it seems like a nice gaming monitor for the price, if you have an AMD card.
