its gonna be a regular 2006 manual or matic (paddle shifts FTW) FD, and im planning to bodykit with the one in the image. A silver mugen RR concept i guess my plan is im gonna find a centered single pipe then route it to those fake "tips" so they actually do something. hopefully this car (manual, silver) is what im getting, hopefully in 2 years someone will sell a fd like this again ?

Hello car enthusiasts As someone who's always interested in stock cars and live in the JDM area, I couldn't help myself to want a Civic FD as a daily street car. The looks and performance seemed perfect to me. Also i am new to the car modding community. So if i ever bought one, i will prepare for the mods that i will do: a real exhaust design that works and looks like the one in the picture i put, and i have been said that for a stock engine (yes imma leave it stock), you dont put dual rear exit so... i guess single rear exit with a branch to 2 holes? Tires, Brakes, lighter Rims, any recommendations for street use? Thats pretty much it, thanks everyone P.S. anyone have a civic fd as well? have u tried this bodykit? downloadfile.bin

Need help for a build around €2k
Ordinarily_Greater replied to ExtraILarge's topic in New Builds and Planning
(was asleep, so i haven't talked about this again?) The stock one wouldn't do much of a overclock compared to the aftermarket ones (specifically the noctua that i picked) yeah even at 3733mhz is still guaranteed as well but i was playing safe as your chosen kit was a 3200mhz too, so change that if youre into high speed memory So the thing with fans they aren't a scalable unit, if you have 3 fans on a thicc card, it might be matched with a 2 fan setup but with thoughtfully better design. The one i chose is really for budget reasons Its one of the best case for airflow and overall looks, my taste might be different to yours so other case from reputable brands will also do most of what i type here have been said by @Mephi00 so there's your credits -
US? im making one Germany? im making one Russia? WE will make one

Help me choose the best system
Ordinarily_Greater replied to Ninar's topic in New Builds and Planning
its time to payoff your hardwork man, congrats. Have a good time with it. here sitting with no computer seriously tho if you cant change the motherboard of the amd system nor the intel system then pick AMD -
wow it got the One UI update already? Nice the software side of things might have something going on, if not could be a bad battery as SpookyCitrus said but its weird to see longevity isnt a guaranteed thing by now because samsung can produce "S7" durable phones on these midranges with ease a bit messed up charging port?

Help me choose the best system
Ordinarily_Greater replied to Ninar's topic in New Builds and Planning
first let's talk about the AMP thing AMP : more power draw, more performance so i suggest pick the Ryzen 5 2600 1660Ti non AMP because 1660Ti will do high refresh rate 1080p and 1440p 60hz + and currently the best bang card for the category, also the AMP wont bring you much performance lift also the ryzen platform will help you out when upgrading the CPU as it only requires cpu swap and bios update -

"Cheap" s10e or wait for the Pixel 4a?
Ordinarily_Greater replied to EKasis's topic in Phones and Tablets
I personally would pick the s10e as u might get back some of those cash when selling it, yes its a good unit but i dont use wireless charging that much so if ur ok with the semi durable build on the pixel 3a, go pixel IIRC the Pixel 3a was 400$ so with this u get basically the same things that a flagship has. only with plastic back which most average consumer dont mind, SD 675 isnt that overkill SoC but its more than enough for most person and good for extra battery juice so the only reason i see (yet) to pick the s10e is for the resell value or the UX -
this one is on the tier B, still good but make sure the one ur friend has is in healthy condition

How far can I overclock Ryzen 3 2200g w/ stock cooler?
Ordinarily_Greater replied to hippity_hoppity's topic in Cooling
I forgot that, you're right : 3.7 on single core temporarily (stock settings) vs on all cores mhm so for a stock cooler setup that is about the best the average consumer can get (@steelo's overclock). -
How far can I overclock Ryzen 3 2200g w/ stock cooler?
Ordinarily_Greater replied to hippity_hoppity's topic in Cooling
and that which is the max boost frequency of it dont expect much to go any far than 3.8 with barely safe voltage because most of the 3.9 to 4.+ GHz clockspeeds that i saw (surely on YT, where else) were with aftermarket coolers and not reaching 1.425v -
So if u guys want to check how good a PSU is u can check it on this thread, the LTT PSU Tier list Personally i would go corsair anyday, if it is new. According to the thread, any HX series you could pick is either at Tier A or Tier B which is labeled there suitable for "Build Your Own" (BYO) PC use. As for cooler master's Gm series is at Tier C labeled as prebuilt replacements which isn't really recommended for BYO PCs.

so.. for a stock engine civic it shouldn't be configured with two pipes from engine but single pipe then split to two way out? also i found this invidia dual rear exit for the FD2, which i like and want for it but my guess is the stock engine won't utilize it much? right here for the exhaust also i want approach a symmetric layout for the hole out (called as "tip"s?) each side one or two

@bimmerman those science factors must be tightly accurate which i couldnt put my head on lol ? so spending less than $600 for a new exhaust system targetting better than stock performance may be a good start? because so far guessing im gonna spend more on the piping material (stainless steel definitely)

Mhm definitely this way then How will this work out is probably : I have the aftermarket piping then have them assemble it Build a custom piping from custom materials too? also in the shop
