This is spot on. This is why I hate when people say "Why didn't (the person) come out with the complaints to the company in the first place?" Outside investigation is needed instead of dealing with this situation in house. Hopefully they are doing it in good faith and not some farce investigation though. It all depends on who they hire for outside investigation.

Steve is not a influencer, he's a journalist. Why would you collaborate on a story where he already has solid information with proof to back it up (LTT's own employees saying they feel rushed with their own videos and don't feel exactly proud about them) Real journalism is corroborating your sources and doing your due diligence, asking for comment is a way to do that but it is not the only way to do it, and its not often done by journalists. Linus can get upset, but as long as the information that Gamers Nexus reports serves public interest and is true, who cares? LTT has made too many egregious errors that have mislead consumers. Examples were given in the video, with major concerns with the Billet and the Pwnage mouse company.

It's crazy seeing people posting defending LMG like it's a sports team they are die hard fans of. Gamers Nexus posted valid criticism, you just have to hope LMG accepts the criticisms constructively. These valid criticisms were never addressed. I'd give Linus the benefit of the doubt himself but we saw how he reacted when criticism goes his ways plenty of times. LMG in the other hand might be different.

He's opening it up on stream. Part of it is playing it up to the live audience but he really doesn't know anything about building computers.
