    it doesn't matter, they are basically the same performance, if you don't own a skylake cpu then it makes sense to go to kaby lake, but if you already own one then it doesn't make sense to upgrade.

    Should you upgrade to a 7700k?
    IT DEPENDS WHAT YOU CURRENTLY HAVE
     
    From a 6700k -> Probably not
    From a 6600k or less -> Probably

    The only time i don't see them much is when I have a 5 bar server that I play on. 4 bar servers are ok. Don't play on 3 bar servers. 
     
    Also, there are 30, 40 and 60hz servers. 
     
    You want your fps to match, but very recommended to exceed the the required hz of the server. So If im on a 60hz 5 bar server...then I would turn vsync off and let my fps go past 60fps to get a good experience.

    If it needs two cards to beat one card, It's Bad. Period. The most important things are Clock Speed, Memory Speed, Memory, and Cores. And the 1070 beats one RX 480 on all 4 factors. And by the way, No. Two 4GB VRAM Cards doesn't mean 8GB VRAM Available for use.
