here in Australia basically if a road is accessible to the general public with no gate shutting it off then it is classified as a public road private or public land

In Australia, if you pull over into a car park to answer your phone you also have to turn the engine off or get out of the car to be legal even if its 40C outside and you want the A/C on ?‍♂️

I am wondering if the police didn't raise the issue because technology needs addressing in law in general and this is the best example to get the public thinking/talking.  Because asking our politicians to do something that isn't self serving is kinda pointless.

Yes, it's the same in NZ too. It's illegal to use a mobile phone while driving, hence the "we consider a drive through a legal road so it's illegal" comes in. Stupid yes, but that isn't actually the intention of that law.

So is buying an old car with a corded phone legal then? It's not a 'mobile phone', the car is mobile.

So, in Australia, you're legally required to turn the car off to use a phone's Mobile Pay system, but you can hand cash or credit card and it's fine?

as pedantic as it is (any cop fining for that is a tosser), it does highlight how technology is moving too fast for laws to keep up.

So I just built a pc specs are:
    ryzen 5 2600 cpu
Msi Radeon rx 580 8gb armor OC
    Asrock fayta1ty X470 gaming k4
    16gb ram

Once it was all together I began installing drivers and most all drivers worked properly. However I installed the newest Radeon graphics drivers adrenaline, as soon as I did this a error began occurring where a blue screen error would restart my pic telling me Threat_Stuck_in_device_drivers. So I looked it up and ever soloition I found was update the graphic drivers but that was the latest edition.

so as troubleshooting I uninstalled and reinstalled that driver about 10 times before adding another case fan to ensure it wasn’t a heat issue. Then I rebooted it and it happened again. So I went in to uninstall it again and it blue screened me out this time it allows me to reboot all the way to loging into my user but once I’m in it black screens and won’t let me delete the drivers from the files.

So if anyone has experience in anyway on this topic it would be appreciated as I’m running out of ideas to troubleshoot
