Seen that one go both ways. When it goes good it can go really good.  They tend to require expanding economies. They require a lot of research.  The big one is you’ve got to have a successful business model and know exactly WHY it is a successful business model. Not just think you know, know.  If you know and it’s repeatable, that is what the franchisee is effectively buying.
