Update: Plugged the USB-Cable into the powerplug for my phone, and when the keyboard is in display mode F1 and F5 keys light up. Can anybody resolve that behavior?

Just realized that with the protective film, my bad Changed them all back to normal, with the PC turned off (before I already tried it with the PC still on and connected, hope that's not a problem)... No sign of life. Power also can't be an issue, cuz I just tried a USB cable with 2 full size to 1 mini, still nothing. No detection, nothing. I guess I just have to RMA it, and use my brand new pc with an old generic membrane keyboard

Hey guys! I just got my shiny (haha) new ducky shine 3 for Christmas, and I was completely all over it (until I plugged it in). It was not detected, no LEDs were lighting up and no keystrokes registered. I tried every USB-Port on my notebook, without any luck. I checked the web, to find solutions. I downloaded the latest driver, but couldn't install it. The problem is, that the "OK" button is greyed out, and cannot be pressed. Then I read that sometimes their USB-Cables are defective, so i tried another cable which I knew works just fine... The same outcome. I did the same procedure on another desktop machine, with the same result. It does not show a single sign of life . In the manual it says, that the default position for the DIPswitches are all in their 0 position (down), but on my model the first 2 were activated (Maybe the reseller didn't tell me it's a refurbished...). The writing on the silver badge looks weird, like it is worn off or sth -->https://www.flickr.com/photos/95394310@N02/15911509529/in/photostream/ . I can ensure that the shop I bought it is legitimate, and that the product ist real. Are there any other ways to get it working, because I really don't want to RMA it if possible, because it will take more than 2 weeks until I may get a replacement. I would really appreciate your help, and thanks in advance!

1 Million Subscribers - Thank you all! And a giveaway!

So glad you managed to do it! I started watching your channel in the good old P55 days, with the first video being a Gigabyte H55 USB something unboxing (If I recall correctly ). A year later my interest started fading, but just one more year and I was more into Computers than ever before, thanks to you Linus! You're awesome, keep going!- 22,217 replies

Hi guys! My network is seriously outdated, and because I just built a file server, I'm looking for an upgrade. My first question is: 4gbit or is 2gbit enough (now I have 10/100  ). I made a partslist, but I'm not sure if everything fits together: 1x Linksys EA6700 4x Intel EXPI9404PTLBLK PRO1000PT 1GBit 4xRJ45 NIC BLK LP (Is there a cheaper option?) (Supports Link aggregation? On the web it says LACP is supported) 1x HP ProCurve 1810-24G Switch, 22xTP + 2xSFP (Overkill?) I also made a list with 2gbit (would be better, cuz it's cheaper ) 1x 1x Linksys EA6700 4x Intel E1G42ET Gigabit ET Dual Port Server Adapter 1x HP ProCurve 1810-24G Switch, 22xTP + 2xSFP (Probably sth smaller, any recommendations) I'm new to this, so sorry if the question sounds dumb to you, everybody has to start out at some point BTW I added two pictures showing how I would connect everything. (And sorry for eventual typos) Thanks for your advice!

Awesome video with the familiar Linus-Style of reviewing! You pretty much nailed what I like most about the phone, the creamy soft HTC Sense and the awesome build quality (everything else is great as well BTW they inally have an SD card slot.

Hi guys, and another, surprise surprise watercooling checklist Parts: RAD: Alphacool NexXxoS UT60 Full Copper 360mm - White Special Edition60mil Fittings: Monsoon 13/10mm (ID 3/8" OD 1/2") Six Pack - White GPU: Palit 780 with EKWB (cause it's a great deal, 440€) CPU: XSPC RayStorm - White Edition Hose: Masterkleer PVC 13/10mm (3/8"ID) UV-active White Res/Pump: I'm totally confused with the res/pump combo. I need a tube res, cause I don't have any 5,25" bays left. How do I find out if it fits in the case, and what size of reservoir I need (NZXT H440/ If I need to Corsair 750D/Switch 810) I did some research, and I found them to be pretty good: Aquacomputer aqualis DDC 150 ml with Nanocoating, G1/4 + Alphacool VPP655 (Pretty much like all of the 655 variants) Coolant: Destilled water/Phobya ZuperZero Clear 1000ml I looked everything up on aquatuning.at, so you should find these parts fairly easy.
