  1. Nokia N93 or N93i would be nice with modern specs. Currently I have a N93i as my secondary phone
  2. Yes, it does fit and your motherboard supports it. But I'd recommend first upgrading the BIOS to the latest version, if you haven't already.
  3. It's okay, all sticks will run at the speed of the slower sticks.
  4. NVIDIA recommends 300W minimum for GTX 1050 Ti, but those are always a bit higher than what is the real minimum.
  5. What are your other specs?
  6. Better power supply is be a lot more reliable. Cheap power supply could kill all of your PC parts.
  7. Your CPU is still pretty good for gaming. I'd recommend upgrading your graphics card and that crappy power supply.
  8. 55W and below? But most Core2 Duos have TDP of 65W
  9. Because he wants to replace the original PSU with something else on his current machine.
  10. It's most likely because of the TDP. Core2 Extreme Quad core CPU's have a TDP of 130W while the highest TDP CPU's on that list are 95W.
  11. It's Intel DQ45CB E30148-207. Here is list of supported CPUs for it https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/boardsandkits/desktop-boards/DQ45CB.pdf It doesn't support QX CPUs, but it does support normal Core2 Quad like Q9550, Q9650.
  12. I don't think it would. Many people here have a GTX 1070 or 1080 with similar Xeons.
  13. It shouldn't bottleneck especially with a GTX 970. Tech YES City recently built a Black Ops 4 gaming PC with i7-870 @ stock with a GTX 1060. Overclocked Xeon X5670 is a lot better than that and have 2 more cores.
  14. I personally wouldn't upgrade the CPU yet. I'd upgrade the GPU.
  15. Here is a list of LGA1150 Xeons: https://ark.intel.com/products/series/78581/Intel-Xeon-Processor-E3-v3-Family Those best ones are based on i7-4770 and i7-4790. LGA1366 Xeons are a lot cheaper than those and can be overclocked.
  16. I'd get a 6 core 12 thread Xeon for that X58 board and overclock it. For example Xeon X5675 is a good CPU and it should be easy to find for cheap. And I'd recommend checking this thread if you want to know more about X58 Xeons etc.
  17. X5670 is better because it has more cores and it should run a lot cooler than the W3565.
  18. Maybe you could buy some normal 2gb DDR3 stick? Those usually cost less than 10€
  19. Yes, I have the latest BIOS version. The Reg sticks that I have are 2x 4GB Samsung M393B5170FH0-CH9
  20. I've tried DDR3 ECC Registered memory on my P6X58D-E and it didn't boot, but normal DDR3 ECC works just fine
  21. Registered memory doesn't work on X58 boards. It only works on dual socket servers and workstations (Intel 5520 chipset).
  22. Does it really have unlocked multiplier? At least my X5670 doesn't have, 24 is the highest multiplier that I can set. I've always though only higher end LGA1366 i7's (980x, 990x) and W Xeon's (W3680x W3690) have unlocked multiplier.
