Should I recommend Aorus 15? The biggest flaw IMO is the thermals: 3+3 cooling solution but 2 shared heatpipes, insufficient airflow, loud fans, possible weak CPU side fan. However, with some tweaks it runs quite cool. Also, it doesn't have Optimus, but there's no GSYNC.

    That sounds like a yikes of a laptop. So aka nope, Thermals are massively important imo

    If the thermals can be improved then it's still passable. Unlike some models (not mentioning which models) which continues to run hot even after undervolt+repaste
