    Windows Multi-plane Overlay. Also both game is not GPU intensive, it might put your card on low power state because of low GPU utilization.

    Disable MPO if you haven't yet. Also disable browser hardware acceleration(Chrome, Edge, Steam, Discord, Spotify) and windows HAG if problem still persist Or switch to Linux.

    What's your system spec? Try disable MPO (Multi-plane Overlay)

    IIRC, 1650 use 6th gen NVENC, same gen as 1050 Ti. Get 1650 Super because it use the 7th gen NVENC

    Try downoad Realtek Audio Console from Windows store. Or use Voicemeeter Banana/Equaliser APO

    The gap between junction and average(?) is too huge imo, probably mounting pressure related or crappy thermal paste application.
