Dipshit of the Month goes to Epic Games for attempting to buy Psyonix, the studio that gave us the beloved game of Rocket League, with intent to remove Rocket League from Steam.

If you wish, you can also say that they deserve this for making Borderlands 3 an Epic Games exclusive.

Buying a game studio just so you can pull it's games from other platforms is anti-consumer, monopolistic (lol), and makes EA look good.

No, I'm serious.

THEY ARE MAKING EA LOOK LIKE THE GOOD GUYS.  (source of comment: @Bouzoo)

Now, Rocket League will not be removed from Steam immediately, as it will take a while for the transaction to be agreed to and processed.  Plus, Psyonix has reported recently that they are not willing to remove the game from the Steam store.  That could ruin the deal, to be honest, so there is still hope.

THAT IT, PSY!  KICK SWIGGITY SWEENEY IN THE NUTS!!!

Or...sledge him, I guess...

Even if Epic doesn't pull the game from Steam, Rocket League is doomed if Epic Games buys it.  We already know how they treat their Fortnite devs, and how they half-ass all their additions and patches to the game.  If they treat Psyonix the same way, then passion for Rocket League might be lost among Psyonix employees and Rocket League players alike.

F**k you, Epic, f**k you!

@imreloadin Transaction won't be official until terms and conditions are sorted out and approved by both parties, which may take over a month.
