    Samsung Introduce "vertical" TV

Yes, because the last time I looked at my electric bill I thought "if only I had a giant digital picture frame in my house".
  2. That's not at all what I meant. You're saying for us to all leave the big social media platforms as a stance on privacy. I'm not putting LTT along with the big social media platforms. I'm putting LTT with the rest of us users of the big social media platforms. Leaving social media isn't as simple as just changing back to talking to your friends in person. Many of us rely on social media to make a living(like LTT).
  3. Not a big deal. I just have to make sure there is a dixie flag in all of my pictures. It's the best advertising deterrent. And people that have to be present on social media for their work.
  4. I'm in Florida and still only have one ISP to choose from.

    FCC orders net neutrality repeal

Why do I never hear anyone talk about how this is a huge loss for free speech? E.g. you have one option for an isp and that isp decides that the only news you can read is CNN.
  6. Living where I live I've never been in a taxi before. To answer the question though, I wouldn't ride in one. Not because of the safety of it(I've had my grandma drive before). But because I'm just scared of the idea that in the future it will become illegal to drive your own car because AI cars become safer.

Asus strix gtx1080ti assassin creed edition

Don't know why so many are hating on it. I think it looks really good. I'm not a fan a huge fan of AC and just the thought of a card based on a game is a bad idea, but I like this.

    Help me buy a UPS

Hey I've decided after losing many computer components to the beautiful weather of sunny Florida that I should finally invest in a good UPS. I found this on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00ANU8M5W/ref=ox_sc_act_image_1?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1 But since I'm new to this and don't really know what I'm doing I figure I should ask all ya'll for some advice before I go and drop $700. I'm going to be running two top end gaming systems on it and then whatever else I can reasonably fit on it e.g. TV, modem, monitors, steering wheel. Thank you.

Amazon wants to go one step futher than delivering to your door, quite literally

Wait, they do that? I've never gotten any photos.

Dead GPU. Bad Mobo or PSU?

So, my computer is killing graphics cards. I had a 780 Ti running on an Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z motherboard with an EVGA Supernova 850 G2. My computer started having problems where it sometimes would refuse to boot and if it did boot I would get artifacts on the screen and crashes. I pulled out the 780 Ti and stuck it into another PC and got artifacts and crashes in that computer as well. So I then RMA the card(EVGA has the best customer support there is) and got a new 780 Ti. I put the new card back onto the Asus board and everything ran fine... For a couple weeks or so. The new 780Ti was having the same problems as the old one even when put into a different computer. So I'm thinking that something in my computer is broken and destroying the graphics card. Is it my PSU, is it the mobo? I live somewhere where there is a lot of lightning and power outages that vould have maybe fried some stuff since I don't have a UPS. Thank you to everyone that takes the time to try to help me.
  12. I haven't read very many books, but these were really good. LOTR series Metro 2033 series The Bourne series
