  1. And I use heart shaped toilet paper to wipe my ass. Oh sorry thought we were talking about stuff that have nothing to do with anything.
  2. I wish they add option to transfer save files. Would love to play the DLC and expansions on PC.
  3. That wasn't my point. You are not gonna find both cards at MSRP looking at the 64 availability right now.
  4. Some people may think the 56 is good value but it really is not at 400$, the 1070 is 350$ MSRP while having 35% smaller die. Nvidia can cut prices any time they feel like it. Nvidia is waiting for 28th to make move and I'm sure they are not gonna leave the Vega 56 alone. Mining dose not matter since both cards are not gonna be at MSRP anyway.
  5. Imagine a world were Nvidia is the only company making GPU's. Do you think they would have enabled fp16 on pro-consumer card ? or they would they have kept shafting people to get the Quadros, you answer that. Btw they can enable it on all high end pascal gaming cards snice its the same die but i doubt they well since Volta is near, so why enable feature that you can charge more for later down the line.
  6. AMD has partnership with Bethesda to optimize the its games for AMD tech, that include AMD engineers working hand in hand with the Dev's since many of those features are very complex as you said . AMD is also optimizing Quake Champions for Vega and Ryzen. You can add that to the OP as well.
  7. IDK where you are looking but currently there is sale on Gigabyte GTX 1080 for 460$ on Newegg Ebay.
  8. they well be much better, going off the Vega FE air vs liquid cooled results, about ~10% according to PCPER. also one more thing to consider is RX Vega has 4GB HBM2 chips which might run bit cooler. FE chips were hitting 80-90 C.
  9. Shouldn't matter snice its top dog vs top dog. Your words...
  10. why not EPYC since money is not problem then, that has 32 cores ...
  11. What is the point then ????? To see who has the biggest E-penis. With that logic car manufacturers should compare the best LAMBO to the Best Honda
  12. Some are forgetting that most motherboards take the 1 core boost and apply it to all cores by default, the problem is the heat and power consumption, going by the 10 core its gonna be a big problem. And for the people putting TR against the highest end ship from Intel, your insane. TR is 1K $ so its competition should be the nearest prices chip from Intel, SO the X7900 or X7920.
  13. What prices are you looking at my friend ?! I see the 1700x regularly on sale for 270-280$ and I'm talking of course about US pricing since that's the baseline since every country has different taxes and amount of stock. You have choice with the b350 and x370 and the b350 is always cheaper and just as good, again US prices. Like people said, it can last 3+ years and I'm comparing this too Intel. 1-2 year vs 3+, I see clear winner regardless if you intend to upgrade or not . People don't just need good coolers to overclock, some live in very humid and hot ares and again I'm comparing it to Intel, AMD has better coolers, end of point.
  14. -lower prices -higher core counts -better SMT -lower platform costs -better platform longevity -lower power consumption -better stock coolers and thus temps You cant just list the drawbacks and assume the rest are on par.
