  1. Looks good, that or a similar Ryzen 5 build will kill that game. Wow will take up a huge chunk of your storage so maybe opt for higher capacity?
  2. I appreciate your input, Yeah mine was making a clicking sound whilst the computer was running, similar sounding to a hard drive which is what I first suspected. And the goal of my build was to be silent lol. I'm glad to know the G3 has great build quality and performance!
  3. Follow up with my experience with the 550GS, first one picked up was DOA... got new one and it had a clicking sound I started to notice after a few days. Took it back and upgraded to a 550G3 hopefully better luck. (what makes the G3 tier 1?)
  4. For me the stock paste squished all out the sides of the cooler... have since put on a pea size of MX-4. Much better!
  5. Just wondering, what should the max temp I can deal with the stock cooler?
  6. despite having 60hz refresh rate, you can push 200 frames in CSGO for example. at 144hz refresh rate you would still push 200 frames in CSGO. Same load on the hardware.
  7. The FlareX's will be more likely to reach that speed. With that said I went with 2400mhz FlareX's because with a midrange graphics card faster ram is negligible.
  8. For me I was going with the 1500X then when I was at the store, it dawned on me that it was $40 dollars more for a 1600. It was an easy choice to opt up for my budget budget build.
  9. The FlareX's should directly allow for better Ryzen overclocking which translates into more performance.
  10. Best bet for 3200mhz ram is the G.Skill FlareX's

    Ikea desks?

I have just purchased the exact desk that you are looking at. You can tell there not the highest quality but what do you expect for the price. With that said, I don't see myself ever having a problem with them with typical desk PC use.
  12. So I got a EVGA 550GS which is in tier 2. Is there anything inherently wrong with that? what differentiates t1 and t2?
  13. B350 mobo will be fine with overclocking. I would suggest going with G.Skill FlareX's to get the best out of it since memory is very important on Ryzen
