When you turn on the computer the fans spin for a second, no output is sent to the display, and then it turns off. At first I thought, well, thats really not a lot to go off of, probably an old shitty motherboard. I replaced the motherboard, same thing. Then I thought, wow, ok, maybe the power supply is shot and both motherboards are turning off as a safety measure. Replaced the power supply didnt work. The PC literally only has the RAM and CPU left to diagnose. No GPU in the system, and I am assuming its not a hard drive thing because it should atleast get to the BIOS in that case.
Next most likely thing is either I screwed up somewhere in the process of debugging, or the RAM is shot because I know RAM issues can act up in a million hard ways. There are no post codes, beeps, anything like that to go off of. Just the wimpy spin of a case fan and a turned off computer

This computer is my grandmothers, I build it for my grandfather a few years ago before he recently passed so its really important to my grandma that I get it working even though i've explained to her that the data is still safe even if another part broke.
