Could i buy a better GPU?

    I would go with this.

    Which 2060 should i buy?

They will perform pretty much the same. MSI are usually pretty quiet and cool but just get whichever you prefer aesthetically or is cheaper. Both will be about the same.

    help pick

Between those two most definitely get the MSI.

    Budget Prioritization

This is a pretty solid rig. +1 I'd also recommend hunting for a used GPU. GTX 1070's can be found cheap right now.

    Trying to make updates tonight...
  8. I'm compiling my personal list of deals again this year and thought I would share the list with anyone interested! I'm just gathering lists from various sources and putting them in one place. Choosing a 1070 Ti

The EVGA FTW2 model is a better overall choice IMO. They will perform about the same but EVGA has the best warranty and support in the industry.

AMD gpu that can run Overwatch on Ultra?

A 290X isn't bad but they double as a space heater and power hog.

is worth buying used mining video cards?

I've purchased used mining cards and rarely had an issue. Just look the card over really well and make sure it's in good physical condition. Ask lots of questions like the age of the card, average running temp, if it was undervolted, and if it was in a climate controlled area. Cards left in humid basements or garages may show signs of moisture or tarnish on the metallic components. Avoid those.

    Looking for GPU

This exact model would be my suggestion.

Safe OC to my Gtx 980 ti

As long as temps are under 80C and your PC doesn't crash you are good.

    Upgrading GPU

I would tend to agree with this suggestion.

Is any of these worth it

Buying used is always worth it especially on ebay or Amazon. They both have buyer protection so you're covered in case of a bad card. I've bought numerous used cards and rarely had a problem.
