3700x. Looks like the load is being spread out effectively when im looking at task manager and coretemp utilization. -

Also training mode allows the GPU to hit 98% usage. but its the actual games that cause it to only hit 30 or so. -

55C under load on GPU. CPU is like 60. -
Hello, I am running a 2070 SUPER FTW3, 3700x, and 32GB of LPX DDR4 3200 CL 16. I was getting consistently over 100 FPS in drop ship with my old settings, even last night it was working. Now I get 25-30 in the drop ship and 40 on the ground, virtually unplayable with the stuttering as well, and I cant seem to figure out why. Training mode is fine and doesn't have the issue, it allows me to get a good FPS while utilizing 99% of the GPU. Ive DDUd the driver and reinstalled the newest, switched from the OC BIOS on the card back to the normal one. I was using Riva Tuner to cap the FPS in game but I have since turned that off as I was worried it was causing the issue but alas it remains. The weird thing is that in the menu the GPU usage is around 80% but when it transitions to the drop ship the usage drops to 30%. I've tried every guide I can find to fix this, please help. This is my second GPU I've had to RMA because of Apex problems. Respawn won't help at all and I just want to play the darn game. Other games work fine and max out the GPU usage by the way.

Apex Legends 2070 Super (2080) Flickering Issues
thegingertator replied to thegingertator's topic in Graphics Cards
only one specific game tho is my point, and people are saying things like this on reddit "You are ok, that game and that game only does that to me. They do not seem to know at respawn it even happens. i read some things you posted and you seem to be looking for it (for good reason it looks like hot vram or classical artifacting). I do not like apex legends anymore and i play a lot of games, my card is pristine. i run all the benchmarks, superposition, 3dmark, everything. People for the most part do not notice it. i went through 6 cards because i played that game competitively. every 2080 i saw did it."- 9 replies

Hello lads, I have been having pretty bad flickering issues in Apex Legends when looking at large sections of rock while using my new EVGA 2070 Super FTW. Granted I did overclock it as soon as I got it but it is now at stock clocks behaving the same, I initially thought it the OC was causing it but alas, it prevails. The card is 100% stable in furmark and every other game I have tested it with. I installed the newest Nvidia hotfix 431.68 and same problem. Reseaeted PCI-e slot, reattached power, didn't underclock yet but not sure if that would help. Lots of posts about 2080s having problems on reddit and no solution in sight. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a fix for it? I have talked to Nvidia and got escalated by email to a higher level person so we are waiting to see if that ever goes anywhere (doubtful). As for Respawn I have sent them and email which will almost assuredly be tossed in the trash, but hey who knows. The thing that bothers me the is that my recently removed 780 had no problems at all playing 1440p Apex at 60fps, granted on low, but still, its annoying and confusing when the new $500 card can't play the game without massive artifacts. Let me know if anyone has any ideas.

Hello! I was upgrading a BRAND NEW Dell Inspiron 15 P66F with an SSD and the ribbon cable popped off of the old hard drive sata connection and broke. I have tried typing in all of the model numbers listed on the ribbon cable but nothing is coming up in my search and I need to get a replacement cable ASAP. The cable looks like this: NOTE THAT THE CABLE BENDS 90 Degrees. The listed numbers are: BAL20_HDD_FFC NBX0001YV00 REV:1.0(A00) HTK(KT555) 2016/09/09

Hello, Just a heads up I;m using CentOS. So I need to find the number of files and directories in another directory and I need that to be outputted in this format "The number of files and directories in /etc on Thu Oct 16 17:18:16 PDT 2014 is 6162". So far I used the command find /etc -type f | wc -l | awk '{ print strftime(), $0; fflush() }' >output.txt but it just gives me the date and number of files and directories. I need to get it worded correctly. Please help.
