What fan is not quiet at 5 volts and doesn't push any air at 12 volts?

Pwm case fans just cost more for no benefit every motherboard can control voltage. Noiseblocker black silent fans are pretty good.

Depends what case you are using.

1800rpm might be just worst case scenario rpm that u will get even if you put it on radiator.

Cryorig H5 is not bad cooler your temperatures are going to suck with other coolers also.

If you can get cat 6 nearly same price go for it.

Air cooler is going to make less noise. Pumps in AIO are too loud.

2 front 1 exhaust is enough. It's not worth making it louder for barely measurable results. You can always throw in bottom fan 5/7 volts. -
At2020 shouldn't pick up noise from headphones if you setup it correctly.
