  1. Hmm I guess that means I'm stuck with 8GB RAM. Thanks for the info.
  2. Yeah that's what I feared, more expensive to repair than buy another. How much do you think it'd take to repair?
  3. All the CPU pins are fine. The slot appears to be okay visually, no burns or dirt or smudge. It's booting fine if I just use 1 slot, but using both or just the second makes the system not booting.
  4. I have a MSI H81I motherboard that appeared to have one slot of RAM broken. I have tried 3 different RAMs and all worked in the slot that's closest to the CPU, but once I populate both slots, or just the second slot, it won't boot. My question is, can I send it to MSI to have it fixed? Or can it be fixed at all?
  5. I see, thanks for the reply. I'm probably waiting for Zen2 before upgrading so I have a lot of time to save some money.
  6. All these discussion makes me a bit wary of my S12ii 430B, my system isn't that demanding but are there better alternatives if I ever want to replace my psu? (G4560, 1050 ti, 1 ssd, 1 hdd)
  7. Maybe the "ASUS" Predator 21X from the benchmark graphs.
  8. 550W power supply is a lot for G4400/1050 Ti, but if you want some upgrade room, that amount is acceptable.
  9. Please tell us your build so we can carefully recommend what's best for your system. There's no use telling people to get 800W of SuperFlower Leadex Gold for a pentium/rx 460 build.
  10. I love how the OP posted on the wrong subforum but got answered anyway. For me I'd recommend RX 470 or GTX 1050Ti if you're on a budget, the latest generation generally is more power efficient and more powerful.
